Pork sausage, stone ground grits & sharp white cheddar.
Local stone ground grits are slow cooked with homemade stock & heavy cream. We add heirloom grass fed pork breakfast sausage and sharp white cheddar cheese to make the perfect southern breakfast. Serve with a runny egg, or one of our famous cheese biscuits!
Heritage breed pigs like Berkshire, ossabow, & Durocs, from a local small family farm are our only source of pork. Raised like pigs should be- roaming the woods & swamplands of the Lowcounty, scrounging for their favorite foods like acorns & roots.
Sold from our freezer, just heat & serve.
