Real apple pie!
We use heirloom apples from the Brushy Mountains of North Carolina.Old varieties like limbertwig, Paula red, rusty coat and stayman Winesap.Brown sugar & spices tossed w/ a little lemon and baked in a homemade all butter crust. We use just the right amount of sugar, and only brown sugar. Apple pie the old fashioned, old timey way, like our grandmothers always made.
