Pasture raised local organic whole turkey is slow cooked, hand pulled and layered w/ noodles,  fresh spinach & mushrooms, cheeses and creamy sauce made with homemade turkey broth.

Turkeys from local small family farm using regenerative farming methods. Happy turkeys forage daily on pasture for grubs and worms and such, with their guardian Anatolian shepherd on watch!
